Tempt is bright, juicy, and unapologetically fun. It is the one that makes people ask what you are wearing in the summer, and the one that makes January feel survivable.

First spray it is a burst of tropical fruit, sweet and sunlit. Twenty minutes in the jasmine arrives and pulls it out of candy territory into something elegant. Hours later it is warm and skin-like, soft and a little salty, like sunscreen and bare shoulders.

What is actually in it

• Passion Fruit — tart and tropical, sweet with a sharp edge. It is what makes the opening feel alive instead of sugary.
• Kiwi — green, juicy, slightly tangy. It keeps the fruit fresh rather than jammy.
• Pineapple — golden and sunny. In fragrance, pineapple reads rich and almost boozy, not like canned fruit.
• Jasmine — a heady white flower, warm and a little narcotic. This is the grown-up note that keeps Tempt from being juvenile.
• Ambergris — a warm, salty, skin-like note. It smells like sun-warmed skin at the beach and it is what makes the fruit last far longer than fruit normally does.

Wear it, or skip it

Wear it: spring and summer, vacation, daytime, pool days, and any winter day you need to feel like a person again.
Skip it: if you want dark or serious. Reach for Divine or Executive.

Why this is not just another perfume

Make it last longer

Spray onto pulse points, wrists, neck, behind the ears, and the inside of your elbows, right after your body cream. Fragrance clings to moisturized skin and evaporates off dry skin. Never rub your wrists together, it crushes the top notes.

Fruity top notes burn off first, so layering matters most with this one. Smooth Pulse Body Oil onto damp skin, then spray Tempt on top.
