Divine is not sweet and it is not trying to be. It is dark, warm, and a little intimidating, built around real oud, the most expensive material in perfumery. This is the fragrance people stop you to ask about.

First spray it is sharp and spicy, almost medicinal for a second, which is exactly what real oud does. Twenty minutes in the saffron settles and the leather comes forward. Hours later it is warm, smoky, and skin-close, the part that makes someone get near you and stop mid-sentence.

What is actually in it

• Oud — resin from agarwood, and the most prized material in fragrance. Dark, smoky, slightly sweet, a little animalic. It is the note that reads as luxury before anyone can name it.
• Saffron — dry, warm, and leathery with a faint honey edge. It is the spice that gives Divine its glow at the top.
• Leather — exactly what it sounds like. A new handbag, a car interior, a jacket that cost too much.
• Amber Wood — golden, resinous warmth. Soft and enveloping, like sunlight on skin.
• Musk — the skin note. Clean, warm, and slightly sensual. It is what makes a fragrance smell like a person instead of a bottle.

Spray onto pulse points, wrists, neck, behind the ears, and the inside of your elbows, right after your body cream. Fragrance clings to moisturized skin and evaporates off dry skin. Never rub your wrists together, it crushes the top notes.

For real staying power, smooth Pulse Body Oil onto damp skin first, then spray Divine on top. With an oud this deep, layering is the difference between strong and unforgettable.
