Every bottle is blended, filled, labeled and pouched by hand before it reaches you. The first ten cover the setup and the label run. Every set of five after that is $35 a bottle, which is less than the 10ml costs in the shop.

You do not have to know yet.

Almost nobody does. The inquiry form asks what you gravitate toward, what you cannot stand, and the three fragrances you already wear or wish you owned. That is usually enough for us to put two or three in front of you that are right, and it is how we choose the four that go on your bar.

The Tin is any five for $29. The Full Line is all thirteen for $59. Both come as 2ml vials, hand delivered or shipped, so you can live with them for a week before you decide. If you are ordering personalized bottles, take The Full Line. One scent goes on every bottle in that order, so it is worth being sure.

Or have one made.

The Private Blend is a session with the guest of honor working from the full range, ending in 50ml of something nobody else has.

Four wordings, any design. A single name, MRS. WHITFIELD. The surname, THE WHITFIELDS. Both first names, RACHEL & JAMES. Or a single initial. Every one works for any couple, any occasion, and holds a company or organization name just as well. Labels print 3 by 4 cm portrait on waterproof matte white.

How does the bar actually work?

Four pheromone infused signature scents sit on the bar with a card for each. Your guests smell all four, pick two, and blend their own. Two thirds of the first, topped to full with the second. Then they name it, and it goes home in a labeled bottle in an organza pouch.

Which of the three should we pick?

If you want a moment your guests remember, take the hosted bar. If your timeline is packed and you want it running quietly in the background, take self-serve. If you just want something beautiful to hand people, take the personalized bottles.

What do we have to provide?

A clear space at least eight feet wide. We bring the table and the whole station ourselves. No power needed. That is the whole list.

Is the self-serve bar left overnight?

Never. It is collected the same day by 10 PM, at a time we set when you book. If your event runs later, you have two options: add next-morning collection for $100 and we pick it up first thing, provided the space can be secured overnight, or take the hosted bar, which we pack up and leave with when our time is done.

Ten bottles feels small. Is that really the minimum?

Ten is deliberate. It is a bridal party, a set of groomsmen, a grade level of teachers, a chapter board, a set of closing gifts. Most people ordering these need about ten. If you need more they come in sets of five.

How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can. Dates are held first come on a signed agreement and retainer. If you want real gold foil labels, that has to be locked sixty days out, because foil is produced by an outside printer and cannot be rushed.

How many bottles do we need for a bar?

Packages are sold by bottle count, not guest count. Twenty is included with either bar, and more come in blocks of ten. You keep whatever is not used.

Can it be outside?

Yes, with one condition. The fragrances are alcohol based, which makes them a flammable liquid, so the bar is never placed near open flame, and never in direct sun because heat degrades the blend. Tell us about candles, sterno, fire pits and sun on the inquiry form and we will place it correctly the first time.

How do we hold our date?

A signed agreement and a fifty percent retainer. The balance is due seven days before. A verbal or written request alone does not hold a date.
