Our Story

Over a decade in, the thing I still think about is the moment someone looks up and recognizes themselves again.

Harper Leigh is an editorial hairstylist who works in film and television and on published shoots. That work runs to a different standard than a salon chair. Hair on camera has to survive hot lights, fourteen-hour days, and take after take, and it has to look effortless in every single frame.

But the part that stayed with her was never the set. It was the chair.

She has watched thousands of people sit down apologizing for themselves. Too tired, too busy, too far gone to bother. And she has watched what happens twenty minutes later when they look up and something in their posture changes before they have said a word.

That moment is not vanity. It is recognition. And it does not require a chair, a stylist, or an appointment. It just requires a standard you keep for yourself.

The GLAM Method

That standard is not a feeling you wait for. It is a practice, and it has four parts. Harper built the GLAM Method out of over a decade of watching what actually changes how a person carries themselves.

Why fragrance

Because it is the one thing you put on last, and the only thing you wear all day that nobody can see.

Everything else you do to get ready is for other people. Fragrance is the part you do for yourself. It is the smallest possible ritual with the largest possible return, and it is the one most people drop first when life gets loud.

GLB+CO exists to make that ritual worth keeping.

What makes ours different

It reacts to you. Every fragrance we make is pheromone infused and built to work with your own body chemistry instead of sitting on top of it. Same fragrance, different on everyone. Your friend can wear Divine and it will not smell like your Divine. You are not wearing a scent. You are wearing yours.

It is unisex, always. Every scent is designed for anyone. Choose by how you want to feel, not by who the bottle was supposedly made for.

It was formulated by someone who works in hair. A higher concentration of fragrance oils, plus aloe vera juice and specialty glycerin to soften the effect of the alcohol carrier. That is not a marketing angle. It is what happens when the person behind the formula has spent over a decade watching what products actually do to hair.

It is made by hand in small batches. Not mass produced. Not outsourced. Someone who cares about this brand physically filled your bottle.

We are a small brand and we would rather be honest than impressive. We are growing, we are still learning, and we will tell you exactly what we improve as we do it. What we will not do is cut corners on what goes in the bottle, or promise you something we cannot deliver.
