Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
Every bottle is filled, labeled, and packed by hand in small batches.
Please allow 7 to 15 business days for your order to be prepared and
shipped. We would rather give you an honest window and surprise you
early than promise two days and leave you waiting.

PRE-ORDERS AND BACK-ORDERED ITEMS
Pre-orders and back-ordered fragrances can take up to 30 business days
to ship. If an item is on pre-order it will say so clearly on the
product page before you buy.

SHIPPING RATES
Free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 are
charged a flat rate calculated at checkout.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US
and would like a bottle, email hello@glbandco.com and we will see what
we can arrange.

TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Carriers scan inconsistently, so if your tracking has not updated,
please allow 48 hours before reaching out.

DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email
hello@glbandco.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will make
