Refund policy

All sales are final. Because our products are pheromone infused
fragrances and personal care goods applied directly to the skin, we
do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has shipped.

This is the standard across niche and luxury fragrance, and it is about
your safety more than ours. Fragrance is applied directly to skin. Once
a bottle leaves our hands we cannot verify how it was stored or handled,
and we will never resell a returned bottle to another person. Every
GLB+CO bottle you receive has been touched by no one but us.

BEFORE YOU BUY
Scent is deeply personal and reads differently on every person, so we
built two things to help you choose well. Take our Scent Quiz at
glbandco.com/pages/scent-quiz, which matches you on how you want to feel
rather than just what you like to smell. Then start with a 10ml. Every
fragrance comes in the smaller size so you can live with it for a few
days before committing to a full bottle. If you are still unsure, email
hello@glbandco.com and we will help you choose. We would rather get it
right the first time than take your money and leave you with something
you will not wear.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives broken, leaking, defective, or is not what you
ordered, we will make it right. Email hello@glbandco.com within 7 days
of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and
packaging, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not
responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking shows delivered
and you cannot locate your package, contact your carrier first, then
email us and we will help however we can.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Email
hello@glbandco.com as soon as possible. Once an order has entered
production or shipped it cannot be cancelled.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the
right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. Items must be
unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Opened
fragrance is exempt as a personal care good.
